I dont know where they are located.. I did a google search on them and it looks like they bought out full boar (which I have heard of before).. JCW is selling there products now... I would like to know how there fit & finish is...
pretty much just for looks... its either going to be a full 5" or I am going with stacks... downside to stacks is that I dont want to be blowing crap all over my camper..
Havent Heard Of Them But I Might Do Some Checking Befor I Buy That. I Know 5" From Turbo Back Is Worng. I Had To Pull My Engine A Take A Sledge Hammer To My Fire Wall To Get 4" Down Pipe To Fit. Its Prob. 3" To 5" But Not 5" All The Way. Also I Have Stacks And Pull My Trailer And It Stays Cleaner Then It Did Out The Side.
I also have stacks and pull a 5er. I have been pulling it for 2 years now and have not had any black soot on it. If you don't cover the stacks and moister gets in thats when you have the black crap blowing out. Mine usually does it after rain.
Dont know about a muffler yet... I was straight piped for a while but didnt like it so I put a dynomax bullet on it and I like the deep tone that I have.. so I will have to see what straight piped stacks will sound like.
I tried the straight pipe on my stacks before i welded them up and i didnt like it, too much of a whoosh and it was real tin tinny. flowmaster make an outlaw race series - no chambers or packing or anything, and it really brings out the v8 sound. plus its louder and gives a deeper tone versus sp. i dont know, its a thought, hope it helps
