Chassis question
Can anyone inform me of the differences between 1960-64 chassis and components? Steering components, springs, axle and frame widths. Also could a swaybar kit for ealier trucks (50's) work on a 64 with/wo modifications, are the steering components the same?

The chassis basically is the same from 1957 thru 1964, Model for Model & Wheelbase for Wheelbase. Thus if the particulars are not exactly the same by part number, they are "typical" by technological reality. It's same Chassis for all intents and purposes. . . . Of course that is if you stay within the year groupings & model/wheelbase criteria I mentioned above.
Prior to 1957 the chassis are pretty much the same frpm 1948 thru 1956.
