Transmission assistance
Im working on a list of all the manual transmissons used in Ford trucks since around 1958-60.
i need some info on the following:
T85
T86
T87
T89
T98
Tremec/Ford 3.03
for thsoe listed above i have what years they were installed in and some of the gear ratios. after i surfed the net and this site for a few hrs i became horrible condfused and had a bad headace. all id really like is what trucks they were used in (F100, F150, etc...) and what engines they were used behind. and if possible the code for them on the door jam (if applies). i know most were regular three speeds but i seen one or two have electric over drives?

uh...am i missing something?
seems most of them were used beind the Y blocks, but were they 272/292/312s? i also put this in the 61-66 forum as it seems most were used in this era...
