Looks good, I'd sure like to have it myself. If it's in as good of shape as the pictures show then you're well on your way. The fact that it might need the engine rebuild would have deterred me somewhat, but I don't think you're going to be too hurt. Have fun with it.

Yeah I was lookin for a project thats in a good starting condition. I still have my mustang to drive so I got all the time in the world to work on the truck.

You have a great start to a real street killer..those bowtie and ram guys wont know what blew by them not to mention mustangs and camaro and gto guys..good luck I think you will have a great time with your truck...bill

Welcome to FTE and the 67-72 "Bumpside" forum.

I run a 460 myself. Traction was my biggest problem. It took the right gearing & some assistance devices, But get 'er right & you'll get 'er GONE!

Dude! That thing is cool. I had a 69 2wd shorty that had a mild 460,Dana 60 rear and bent 3/4 ton beams riding on 33" BFG's it was very fast. In its day (1993) I could eat 5.0 mustangs all day long. Enjoy it!

yes not bad by the pictures..I have a '67 for sale on this site that is similar except my trucks engine does not need a rebuild. Check my ad and it really does get around 12mpg or better.

Thanks..Orange is my favorite color so I will be keeping the color. I will be needing a engine dress up kit after I get her runnin right.

check out lmc truck for parts, and i like the stroker kits at flat lander racing, i got an FE, but since u got the 460, wouldn't a 532 stroker be more fun? its ur truck, have fun with it the way u want, no reason it cant be clean and mean
