off the line a 6.0 beats a v10 stock trucks. this is about diesels and some of the guys talk about how slow diesels are. its all in fun. when you have two truck the same. I had thoughts about getting the gas v10 and diesels are slow no power

I test drove a 6.0 and was impressed with how quickly it pulls, but there's no way it would beat my V10 off the line. For one thing it's a lot heavier, and it's turbo lags just enough to let a V10 get the jump on it. Now, maybe on down the road you will pull away, that would not surprise me.

Diesels are not slow in my opinion.

Get what YOU want - that's the bottom line...

Sorta like that maturation process....
when you KNOW you are right, you don't HAVE to state it or prove it !!!

And my wife keeps wishing I would mature

Now someone in a v-10 wanna line up with my family bus ??? 1.9 60 foot - 8.9 1/8th
and can carry 8 people and their luggage AND get great mpg AND :0

I wonder what gearing he has. What would have happened if they were both SRW... The SRW V10 can be had with 4.30 gears, I don't think the 6.0 can. Not that it makes much difference, they're both great trucks that can do most anything you can throw at them. Really though, sounds like they were pretty even. FWIW, I've always liked Spiderman more than Batman.

Where were you that 80mph is legal

Wink how to beat a V10

well i have to tell you if you got beat by a V10 you are doing it wrong the next time you come up to a stop light put the truck in 4x4 if it is, you will need the traction hold ur foot on the brake spool up the charger till the light turnes green and dump the brake you will beet them every time the v10 dosent have all of its torque off the line like you can by "brake torqueing" and bringing the charger up so there is no lag. Happy racing. Scott
