fuel tank replacement
What is the difference other than the obvious between a tank that has roll over protection and one that doesn't? Are they interchangable?

I believe that roll over protection is just a check valve in the vent line. What year vehicle are you refering to?

Sorry 1978 F100, step side. I replaced the tank. The original had a check valve on the top center. The replacement did not. The inlets for the two rubber filler hoses were reversed with the large opening being on the left instead of the right and the small opening is on the right. So far no problems. Ran a full tank of gas through it.
