It looks like the easy-cheap way is a pair of aftermarket vent window locks. Looks like they can tighten up the window plus make more secure. Getting a pair today will let y'all know the outcome.

I have a pair of these and cannot for the life of me figure out how to hook them up. If someone has these installed can you post a picture?
