Got the intake leak fixed and I've got the carb snugged down enough that it's not leaking anymore either, but I still have severe fuel starvation on corners - either right or left. AFR meter goes into the 20's and the engine almost stalls, as soon as I straighten out it goes away.
So I checked the PCV valve and it is working. I checked the float and it looked OK, but based on what I'm experiencing I may have to check it again.

I have a very steep driveway at our other ranch. On the way out (down) twice now it has made it down the hill (it's about 3/4 of a mile with the steep bit in the middle) and at the bottom it has died and won't start - and it won't start for 15 minutes - will barely even cough. It goes up just fine, it's only down.
