i'm still slowly piecing together an on board air compressor system. I am about to order a pressure switch as well as a pop off safety valve. The pressure switch is a NON adjustable ON at 110psi and off at 150psi. The pop off valve is a non adjustable set at 150psi. Will the system trigger the pop off valve if i use this pressure switch. Does it blow AT 150 or above 150? Thanks

Keith

That's probably a little too close. What is your lowest rating for pressure in your system? I'd have at least 10psi below that for your safety valve and then at least another 5 below the safety valve for your cutoff on the switch.

you can try that, but i think it may be a lil close. i have my system to run 115psi and my safety valve pops at 120psi and sometimes when its real cold it'll pop open
