Cool Kris, good pics.

Curious as to why you're trying to build your own? Every stacked or higher output besides BTS has had serious issues.

The BTS unit works great, as do Terminator and Stealth (except for not being able to supply the pressure if you ask for more than 3200 psi).
All are patented designs though.

Of course if you're just making an HPOP for your personal use, that won't matter.
I just don't see reinventing the wheel. It will likely cost a lot more in the long run, and it usually takes several tries on a prototype unit to get it right.
Also with machine work, the first one is the most expensive, then they get much cheaper.
You may want to consider a design that you can patent and sell to help recoup some of your costs, even if you only sell a handful so the project can pay for itself.
You'll likely end up with a lot of broken parts and deep hole in your pocket.

BUT!!! you already know all of that. I'm just spenind my opinion. Kudos for your ambition, it'll be cool to see how this works out!
Good luck on your build too.
