well you have a few options aside from buying new. long before i'd buy new i'd weld the pin hole up! find a rep shop and take the cover there.... they prolly wont even charge you for a quick spot weld if its truely a pin hole. and if you dont wanna dot hat or cant find a welder, JB weld actually holds up to stuff like that pretty well!
if you dont like that idea there are thousands of stock covers sittin in j-yards everywhere! i know off the top of my head where 6 of them are! prolly cost $10.
you can go to ford and get a replacement cover but i'm sure they would want anywhere between $30 and $50
