I got an 40/20/40 with lumber support in my Ford F-250 Supercab 4x4. It still is not 100 percent comfortable as I would like it to be with the way the 4x4 drives. I am going to replace them with air seats. An family member is an truck driver and he had air seats installed in his Ford F-250 to help with his back problems. It had been very effective for him on long trips.
