Put these new blades on my F250 about a week ago. My local NAPA told me if I didn't like them they would exchange them for something else. I am very impressed with them, they clean much better than the factory blades. I also put 24" blades on, dont know why ford didn't do this. any one who lives in a area where they use alot of salt and brine I would recomend these to. the NAPA part # is 60-2442. check out the web site. http://www.tricoproducts.com/brochur...location_id=65
How much were those Innovisions? I put the Bosch Icons on my truck in September, but they were about $22 each. Very similar design as the ones you got, just wondering about price differences. I've been very pleased with the performance of my Icons, but I'd also be happy to check out the Innovisions once these Icons wear out (hopefully not for a long time, though).
I didn't even think about the length upgrade when i got my icons, or I would have done that too. After forking out $45 bucks for blades, I'm not about to take them off for a few more inches right now, especially since they are working so well for me. Next set, though...BIG 24 is coming my way!!
I'm running 22" blades here. I tried those new blades last summer. They were great at first, but after a while started to skip/stutter on my windshield. Hope you have better success. I'm just running Wal-mart Anco's now - work well and cheap.
I thought I was beginning to see a downward performance trend on my Bosch's in early November, but that has not really proven to be the case. Everything from light misty drizzles to frog stranglers have been handled perfectly by these blades. I'm impressed, even though I retain a tab bit of suspicion concerning their longevity. They are still holding up better and longer than any other blade I've ever used (trico, anco, standard bosch, etc.).
I put Rain-X blades on mine about 2 months ago and they seem to work out nicely. They should hold up through the winter. Gotta try the 24" next time around though.
