Do any of you Ford truck enthusiats Know if a 59 f100 4x4 could have come with power steering, or anybody out there ever convert over to power steering with a 4x4 of 59-60 year truck

Ann,
Bob's F100 in California offers a kit using a '83-'85 4x4 Toyota box. This is what I did to my '60 Ford truck, but mine is 2WD...is urs different?

Thanks for the info, I think 4x4 is different then 2wheel drive, but I will call Bob's f100 parts they would know I hope. A friend of mine owns about 10 1957-1960 ford trucks, none of his steering boxes are alike! Thanks Annie
