I noticed that I'm missing the small lower inner fender on the passenger side. I checked the LMC catalog and came up dry. I'm not ready for one right now, but was wondering where I could get one.

I have never heard for sure what that panel is for -- starter access? I can't think what else it would be used for? But I would never pull a starter out that way!

Everything I touched yesterday went south on me and I didn't get a chance to look for the inner fender piece. Now I am out of town for the week. I should be able to check for it next weekend. If you need it let me know.

It's used to gain access to the side of the engine to adjust the valves on a flat six engine. I am sure the reason they are on all trucks is it's easier to produce on piece instead of two diffent ones for the six and eight.
