I find this... Rather... Dangerous...

Propane is a gas I would not play with.. When I was on the FD awhile back we had a pretty bad call we responded to in the hill country.. The owners propane tank was leaking (we weren't fully aware) while we were putting the fire out in his house.. Most of you are aware, Propane is a low level gas that doesn't rise.. If you could see Propane with your eyes it looks like Fog.. It'll spread out rather quickly.. So a spark from the house hit the right spot and that propane ignited.. It caught the front yard, blew the tank, and sent every running in 5 seconds.. Some guys got injured from a 100 gallon tank exploding.

So putting a spark plug in your stack with a propane injection... That's just not a good idea... But send me photos when you DO IT! (LOL)

Good choice.. I'd hate to see your truck turn into a bomb.. It wouldn't help the image of us having the baddest diesel in town (Grin)..

Now if it was like the old days with Gasolines you could use the Exhaust Fumes to ignite.. But these 6's run so clean it's not an option..
