The V-10 should have enough power to pull the hitch off of your trailer, even at 1500-1700 RPM. There is still something wrong wih your engine that you need to address.
i bought the truck back on dec 8th and have only had the truck for about 13 days if that. they have replaced a bunch of other stuff and now the warranty has run out on the truck.
dealer has stated as well that the plugs have already been replaced and it has a new fuel and air filter the tune up they said that was done i am not sure if i beleave it had been done or not

Well, it sounds to me like it's time to take it to a shop and see what's up. Sounds like you have some serious problems that aren't going to be solved by the people here. You have tried everything, nothing worked, it's time to take it to a shop. Let 'em hook it up to a computer and check it out. I'd be all over the dealer, warranty or not. There's no way a V-10, even stock with the 3.73's should be that bad. You got some problems somewhere.

You have some problems with your truck. You haven't gotten any closer to slving your problem. I strongly suggest taking it to the dealer and telling them it isn't making the power it should.
