FLAT SIX (226) VALVES
DOES SOMEONE KNOW HOW TO ADJUST THE VALVES ON MY 1951 F-2 FLAT SIX (226 CI) I KNOW HOW TO GET AT THE ADJUSTMENTS AND THE SETTINGS BUT I'M NOT SURE HOW YOU KNOW WHAT POSITION TO HAVE THE CAM IN WHEN ADJUSTING. HAVE NOT OPENED ACCESS PANELS YET.

FLAT SIX (226) VALVES
Try pulling the distributor cap and seeing which cylinder the rotor is pointed to. Both valves will be fully closed in that cylinder and can be adjusted.
