Don't know who's visor you have but most use a bracket on each end to the windshield post. Otherwise they would fold back like a cheap toupe as soon as you got up to speed.
If it's the one he lists for the 53-55 PU, it does look like the ends bolt directly to the windshield post without any brackets. Does it not fit in such a way that you could attach it directly?
The fiberglass visor that Big Jim's offer bolts directy to the A-pillar. No brackets. I was intersted in a visor for my 55 and am in the process of fabricating one from .080 aluminum.
No, but I'll try to take some good ones. If you go to my gallery you can see it from afar.
I bought it from a guy in Minnesota about 7 years....his dad worked at the Ford plant in St.Paul, and somehow this fellow had 3 of them. I wish I had the $ to then buy an extra one.
It came in the original box, which for some dumb reason I have saved, wrapped in original burlap bag, with instructions and even a copy of the invoice showing all 3 being shipped to a Ford dealer in Minneapolis.
He sold all 3, I later found out after calling back when I had some $. That means there are 2 other guys with them who apparently aren't on this forum.
Makes you wonder about the whole world of guys with these trucks who we know nothing about.
