It would be the distributer, P/S pump, A/C compressor, alternator brackets. Anything that the V belt runs on. I'm going to put them on my brother's 73 429 as it is currently missing these items. Nothing internal and for all I know the timing chain could be broken. The intake valves are probably stuck since it doesn't have carb on it. If we have a deal and if the weather is nice, I'll zip home and take the fenders off but the hood won't fit in my car. You might have to pick the hood up yourself.
The 429 is just a destroked 460. This engine would have been like 200 hp but 385 ft-lbs torque.
It sounds like a deal but I've found some other parts in my parts catalogue that will have to be also swapped and I'm researching the differences. I've found the running boards have different part numbers and have contacted Bobj49f2 for the width of the regular running boards. I don't want to get half way through the swap and find stuff won't fit.

The running boards can be widened abit if needed to match the fenders. I seen this done on a 55 one ton (non Ford, don`t ask) that was changed to duals from a single wheel rear end.
There is usually a way but sometimes it`s not always practical.
Rather than all these changes wouldn`t be easier to narrow the running boards? That won`t be all the easy but with a plasma/mig it could be abit....
Something to look into for now.
