Manifold bolts
What size are the bolts for the exhaust manifold to the block?

Sounds to me like it's not an off-the-shelf bolt..

Exhaust Manifold to Head Bolts (flanged bolt with special prevailing torque threads)
(Ford) F4TZ-9S425-A
