After reading this I have some questions. #1 is what is the power delay thing banks talks about that can take up to 60 seconds to react?? #2 can it be disabled? #3 is there another brand that can do the same thing?
My main question is what is it and why the power delay??

Banks' optional OttoMind engine-calibration module matches the fuel curve to airflow improvements, so there is no over-tuning. Banks removes the factory-imposed power delay, which impedes responsiveness up to 60 seconds—so you get instantaneous power when your throttle demands it.
