Horn Relay

My horn doesn't work. I'm trying to start troubleshooting it, and found the wiring diagram. Does anyone know where the horn relay and horn are physically located?

On a 1980 there is not a relay the horn gets its power from blk-org fusible link from the solenoid (also powers the running and head lights) then the power goes thru the headlight switch (yel-lt blu wire @pin1) to the steering column connector (pin11) to the horn switch, then from the horn switch back to the steering column connector (pin8 (i think) yel-lt grn) to the horns. There are two horns (hi & low) they are mounted onto the radiator bracket on the driver side. I hope this helps let me know if you have any more questions
