Yep same here was getting a load of hay for the horses just yesterday ABS light came on then shut the truck off when i got to destention and no start waited a few minutes battery charge themselfs back up fire right up it was the altenator. Mine just turned 144,000 first one that i know of 2nd owner of the truck. Its a 2001 f350 7.3 diesel. My question is get a dealer one or parts store and are these common thangs with this year of truck.
