hello again finally got it all this time it was just bad connections to the bulbs one wire was broken going to the rear the other had bad contacts to the bulbs corrusion and rust clean it with wd-40 and everything works turn signals hazards and the brake lights so probably wasnt the turn signal at all but at least I have a new one installed. the only thing now my truck wont start when I crank the key its just clicks thought it was the battery so I replace it with another I had in another car but same thing not sure if its the selonoid or the starter.

Try using a booster cable from the + post of the battery right to the starter lug on the Solenoid/relay.

Then a jumper wire from the + post of the battery to the S terminal of the solenoid.

What a lot of people forget or not know is they are usually attaching booster cables to the battery cables and NOT the Battery post's themselves.

If there is any corrosion between the Battery anode and the cable clamp that will affect battery charging and Boosting.

This is why one MUST always conduct tests with a Freshly charged battery that was charged by a stand alone battery charger.
