Can someone give me the dimensions of the high pressure oil line removal tool and an idea of how to pop off the lines from the HPOP. I ordered the o-rings and I need to make the tool to pop off the lines. All I really need is the dimensions of the notch.
I used the chuck wrench that came with my router. It's 1/8" thick and the opening is 9/16" and it worked like a champ. I used a thin screwdriver to initially seperate the rubber from the fitting so as not to trash the rubber ring too badly.

Get the tool that releases ford clutch slave cylinder lines, its the same size.
Do you slide the tool between the mating surface of the oil pump and the line and just pry up? How hard is it to pop the lines out? Any info would help on the first attempt.
be very careful installing fitting back into the high pressure oil pump use loctite with the ford fitting o-ring kit and torque to specs. always hand tite might be to tight and strip threads out of high pressure oil pump or loosen the threads enough that the pressure will blow the line out and you will be putting a high pressure oil pump in and cleaning and big mess
I have some information that states the torque should be 34 Nm or 25 lbft. I have the kit and the Loctite 680 so hopefully this will go well. Thanks for the help.
