Engine Won't Fire some times
F250 2002 Superduty Crewcab Diesel 7.4 Auto 96k
TRuck will not start some times.When I go to crank it ,turnover good but will not fire off to crank I hear a clicking noise behind the dash board when this is happening. Took it to a dealer and was told nothing was wrong with it. The truck wood not repeat the problem for them.They ran diag. test and it showed no problem.

Weak batteries and/or weak alternator.
Next time it happens, charge the batteries and try it. You need to have the alternator and batteries load tested.
The alternator should put out 100+ amps, and 14+ volts at 2000 rpms.
