I also have a 2003 supercab and I ran my sirius antenna through the 3rd brake light coming out the drivers side B pillar down to the step plate and under the middle seat up front. Real easy just make sure you make the wire go through the bottom of the third brake light not the top so as not to leak.

In my company van, E-250, I drilled a hole just big enough to squeeze the plug thru on top. I put a rubber grommet and silicone to seal it up.. That seems to be working great. We also have a sat. dome on top of the vans and we seal them up with silicone as well.
What I did was wait a day or 2 after the silicone is completely cured and then took a razor blade and carefully "trimmed" the silicone so there is not big blob of it around the coax. But that's just because it bothered me to see it blobbed around it though.
My current van has been this way since 01-04 and it's never leaked. My last van was that way from 01-99 until the company sold it in '04 and it never leaked either.

I know some folks are funny about drilling thru the roof though. But I thought I would suggest it anyway.

Place antenna in center of roof just above window trim (black gasket that holds window in place. Run antenna cable under this trim and use a credit card to slide it into place (falls into groove). Run around window and down passanger side and you will find a way to enter behind the weather striping.

There is a pic in my gallery of where I placed my XM antenna on my Excursion.

Good luck... it is clean and neat.

Some people have placed their sat radio antenna in the cowling and they say they get great reception. However, I will be placing my antenna in the roof through the 3rd brake light.

I put my Sirius antenna on the roof by running it through a hole i drilled above the cup holders in the middle below the radio, back through behind the factory radio, over to the driver's side through the fire wall, out the first place to get out the engine through the hood then under the weather stripping (the black stuff) up onto the roof. You can't see the wires at all, anywhere. If this was a bad explanation just tell me and i'll do better and include pics
