Keep looking. Rough idle, lean on both banks is characteristically a vacuum leak. Also check for leaks in the intake anywhere after the MAF sensor just after the airbox.
And trace the vacuum lines from the vacuum tee, trace them to check for leaks further down the lines.
And finally, try spraying a little throttle body cleaner around the seals on the intake (ie TB to intake, upper intake to lower intake) and check for bubbles. Could be a gasket going out as well.

Zach, you have it totally wrong, you DO NOT look for bubbles!! You use carb, or throttle body cleaner, or even propane from an un-lit propane torch. While
the engine is running, you spray the upper to lower intake, or lower intake to heads areas, and if there is a vacuum leak, it will be pulled into the engine (not blown out to make bubbles), and you will get an RPM change.
You should also check the torque on the lower intake bolts.
Have you been running a K&N air filter? If so, the MAF sensor will coat with dirt & oil, and will cause a lean condition. If so, clean the MAF sensor, and replace the K&N with a OEM paper filter.
