I bought one of those last year for my '04 and I loved it. It was easy to install and looked awesome. I paid a little over $200 for the chrome one on ebay. May I ask where you found it so cheap?

search for bull bar on eBay. there is a seller claiming to be a direct rep for the company. they sell for $169 (shipping included) and you get your choice of black or chrome

Appears that you lose your front tow hooks with that. It looks nice enough, but I can't lose the hooks...

that is also my problem with it. I was thinking you could mount the hooks on the side of the bull bar mount or maybe fashioning a bracket to remount the hooks under the bull bar. it shouldn't be that hard. I'd have to see it in person, but I also looks like that lower crossover bar is beefy enough it could be used for pulling

do you also lose your hooks with the westin?

I'm not crazy about those lower bars on that model, thats why I went with westin. Beings is you have an XLT, you shold have chrome bumpers also, so I would say go chrome. I have black on mine, but the fx4 has basically no chrome on it(body colored bumpers, etc), and chrome would have stuck out like a sore thumb. You do also lose the tow hooks with the westin, but I haven't needed them in 2.5 years, so I haven't missed them. A little creative metal work could probably make up some brackets to make them work together, but thats not my area of expertise.

Hello, I purchased one of those on ebay for $169.00. They are nice but I would not tow anything from them ( they are for looks only). I replaced my bull bar with the FX2 sport valance (gave it to my brother).
