4x4 Tech Data Request
I recently have had the all to common 4x4 mis-hap, going to fast and snapped all kinds of stuff. I was driving up a steep incline with 4x4 engaged and my front left tire gripped the dirt embankment. When all was said and done I have had to replace my steering gear box, ball joints and get an alignment. The additional problem that I am having is this, with 4x4 engaged my truck pulls hard to the right and the front differencial is “whining”. I do not have any issues in 2x4. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this may be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like you broke something on the left side, prolly stripped the splines going into the carrier and that the whine. and when you get on it the only side that has power is the left side and the tires wants to buck to the left and thats why it pulls!
