Ron need a little more info
1300 & 1310 Do all of the door switches and locks work?
Do you have factory keyless entry and does it work?
If keyless entry does panic button on remote work?
1450 Does the wiper delay work correctly?
Do wipers function correctly on all settings?
Does the Wash/Wipe work?
One condition common to both symptom charts is fuse 15 under the dash bad causing no communication to the GEM.

If everythings working i'm thinking its a communiction issue with the GEM.
I'll email you the pinpoints so you can look at it when you get back.

Ever fix it, Ron? I have those "codes"... not the same code for the wipers, but still a code. Sometimes it's wipers, sometimes it's horn... it's more fickle than a girl! Are they all on the same fuse/relay? Here's a screen shot:
I also never had the seat belt alarm either... I don't think I've even seen the indicator! Something to be said there?
Note, the boost code is because the red line is pulled and the AIS codes are because it's a '00 NVK4 PCM in an e99 truck. Not sure on the P1670, though... I hear the P1249 is just one of those menace codes. I think my valve is screwed because even with the line plugged in, sometimes I could still make 22lbs of boost and other times I could hardly make 13 so, I suspect a relation there.
But yeah, back to the original topic... what'd you find out?
