usually with 299 u are actually underboosting, unless u also had a overboost ode.

I haven't seen any more than 29 psi, usually between 23-28

Certainly not enough to set an overboost code. I think the next step is to change the program back to stock, and see if it happens again... if it does, have it checked out.
