01 Impala LS problem

My wife's Impala has an odd problem. The electric cooling fans are turning on ans staying on. I have had to pull the fuses twice in the last month. It has been 30 degrees or below both times I have been driving it that this happened. The dealer had no idea what would be causing this. Anyone here have an idea?

The fans have to be controled by a temp sensor somewhere........Find the sensor and check it out.The dealer should be reported for being incompentant

Yeah Farelaneman is right about the sensor. Generally the coolant temp sensor is also the fan switch one in both so check that. Check all-data at a library if possible. Ummm I wouldnt know where else but begin there for starters. It might even be a bad connection also.
