Those are nice. If I have any extra, I'll let you know. I have yet to install the one I have w/ key that matches the glove box latch. They are not that hard to install, just have not gotten around to it yet.

Nice since they do extend as far back as the rear wheels and have a magnet on them. Installed one that worked. I have a few that I eitehr have to clean contacts of chage light. When you pen the hood just under 1/2 way, mine comes on because of the mercury switch I believe. I have seen a few people put a shim under one of the mounting points to angle it more so it does not coe on unless the hood is fully opened.

Cool. If I can find all the insde power options to make mine more comfortable.
But I do need to find a way to make the work light work properly sometimes it comes on or not

Is a mercury switch hard to get or put in?

Check the ground ribbon that goes from the fire wall to the hood. Undo the screws and clean the ends of (its copper under there when you clean it up! Plus make sure the light bulb is in the socket the whoel way. You push it in 2 slotsan then a slight twist and it moves into position.

Thanks I'll give it a try this weekend. I flipped when it came on for the first time after I bought it. I would like to keep it working since it will be very handy.

Those under hoodlights are sealed if I remember correctly. The ones used on the 87-91 models aren't as nice, bright or functional IMHO, plus they do not have the extension capabilities. Since I have a couple fo both, I may try to "open" one to see what's int there. I am not 100% sure if they can be reapired, but you never know

My underhood lamp was sticky too. Very sticky.

There is a roller ball inside that was sticky.

I retracted the lamp all the way out as far as it would go respectfully. and I sprayed the wire with silicone lubricant and let it dry.

I also shot some inside the casing through the wire hole.

I do not know how good of an idea it was, but it has worked like new for two years since.

I did mine as a last minute desperate resort, because it would have broke if I didn't do something to it quick.

Be nice to know mine did work so I will check all the grounds and connections.
After having my truck a year I never realized what it has and can have when I'm done with it.

Those are (3) underhood lamps just sitting on top of each other. The told box is also there, I just have the mounting brackets in the other room w/ all the other stuff.

Tool Boxes are more comon in the Bronco I've noticed.

I do not see very many of them when I go to the wrecker, and If I do see one the latch is usually busted. I do see a few though.
