The original paint for this part is not available in the FORD section of spray can paint.
However,The 1983--1986 Mazda Sparkling Black is the same. so if you find that, that is the original colour of the shift collar

I think the only reason he was talking about the LMC catalog was to let me know that he had a pic so I could see if we were indeed talking about the same part. Dont get me wrong but... if it comes down to $40 for a part from a sponsor of FTE vs. $15 from a parts yard ( which is where I recomended he get one) Id rather spend $15. I like to support FTE but not everyone can affoard to buy all their parts new either.
