Just purchased a new 2006 F150 Screw, but on a 2.5 inch daystar and BFG AT in 305-65-18 size on 18 x 9 wheels. I had 4 Wheel Parts do it all, it turned out awesome. I was amazed at the difference it made in the looks of the truck. Drives like stock.

07s are out already?! good God, now I feel old driving my 05 around, It does ONLY have 6800 miles, but yeah.. To answer the question you can to go like a local off roading shop or if you have a four wheel parts like mentioned above around you they'll do it all and all you have to do is take ur truck and pay for it and they got you covered, good luck
If you got the autospring leveling kit you can save yourself some money and install it yourself. Takes all of 2 hours at the most, then all you have to do is get an alignment.
sorry for not getting back with you, no pictures to post yet, but it looks like dnelson82 but mine is white, with black diesel wheels with BFG white lettering out. I agree with Dnelson82 totally a sweet ride.
