You will need a 5/16" fuel line disconnect tool, and a 3/8" one also if you plan on removing the stock system fuel line from tank to engine like i did. I left the return side, and had to remove the QD on the tank itself to lower the tank. You will need suitable tools to lower the tank, two floor jacks work well. On an empty tank. And you will want to hook up everything dry on the bench. You will need the "install kit" for the Dahl fuel filter when you get that, particularly for the two #10 o-ring hydraulic fittings, unless you can find them locally. You won't need the supplied hose as it's too small for what you need. I used fittings from Lowes for the fuel filter and the Y-block. The inlet and outlet on the pump are 3/8" so the hose will slide right up on it. You will want to double-oppose each connection with two hose clamps. Use ONLY 30R9 fuel injection hose, i used about 15-16' feet for my 172" wheelbase. It's over $5 a foot but it's the best stuff you can use. The Dieselinnovations reg return kit will hook right up to the -6an fittings on the outlet of the Y-block. Again pictures are in the gallery of my fuel system above. And i have to add pics of my new fuel filter hose connetion routing. Its bass-ackwards because the inlet on the Dahl is towards the front and the outlet is towards the rear (the way i mounted it anyway) and i had to 180* each of the two connections, but i used 1/2" pipe threads.
