Any one out there have any info on the old y blocks.
I have one in a 1955 truck and I don't think it's original motor in the truck. It's a F600 with 10k showing on the od. I believe it's original miles because of the oil change stickers on the door. All though it's an old farm truck ya never know what happened thru the years. This motor has autolite / holley two bbl on it with a spin on oil filter . Any one out there have any info on this .
It is deffenitly a y block motor I'm sure of that . Thank You Al
