Well i seemed to of found my problem with my truck, i cant use the gpr109 because its rotated 90 degrees so i couldnt use the bracket and shunt that were on the orignal glow plug relay. the shunt splits the left and right side glow plugs apart for testing or emission reasons(but still unclear). anyways if you have a late 99 california truck you need to either get the motorcraft replacment or the gpr110 or else you will throw codes. (only if u have the bracket adn shunt)
i also have one more question, since the sides are split up i tested the ohms on the brown wires for each side that go to the glow plugs and they both came back with .2 ohms. so i assume my glow plugs are good. is this right?
if your curios to what the bracket and shunt that attach to the gpr looks like i have a pic in my gallery.

Actually, that just means you have at least one good glow plug on each side. If you really want to know, you need to pull the plug at the valve cover and ohm out each wire.
