Shift Kit or Programmer

I am a firm believer in firmer shifts helping the trans live longer. Just curious as to what everyone is using to keep their transmissions running longer, programming or valvebody shift kit for 4R100?

For the best performance and longevity for a 4R100-you need the Sonnax 96948-01K Line mod valve,the Sonnax # 36948-18K heavy duty accumulator springs,and a good EEC tune.
