Sorry man I feel bad about posting that now but you must know that last friday I got my wisdom teeth pulled and I've been on crazy pain killers since. I got how to score one, just all the RTI's that I've been on have been on a scale from 0 to 10. So I guess 1=1000 1.5=1500 ...

I had a Rough Country 2.5" lift on my 84 F150, it held up okay. I did notice the coil springs started to sag after about a year. I grew out of my truck and had to lift it more, I went to a Superlift 4" lift... I am happier with it than I was with the Rough Country kit. The axle drop brackets are gusseted and built a little heavier also. The main thing I didn't like about the Rough Country was there were drop brackets to lower the stock radius arm brackets. The stock radius arm brackets are pretty cheesy, and they are known to rot out up here in the rust belt. The Superlift radius arm brackets are made of beefy nodular iron... not too concerned about breaking them. I am thinking about building a set of extended radius arms for more travel and a better ride. I currently have the truck torn down to the bare frame, I am going through the whole truck this winter.
