Wax - Liquid vs Paste

I've used Nufinish for years now, & I used the Maguires NXT tech wax recently. All liquid waxes (although I think the Nu Finish is technically not a wax)
I recently looked at this website for wet paint glaze, after seeing it on one of these ford or Honda websites (not sure which).

I see one of the ingredients is kerosene, isn't that the secret ingredient for many car washes?

You guys should to try Zaino products.
I've used them exlusively for years on my Porsche which I track and I know huge number of people who swear by it. This stuff (there various products) is really good. You start with the clay bar, and then use couple different products. Easy to apply and really shines the car.
No affliation etc.
