2000 Navigator, with no forum search capability, so forgive me if this topic has been talked about for years...
It was cold (in Maryland) this morning, and the gator started up fine. I let it warm up about 2 mins as I usually do. I drove it 2 miles and was at a stop light for about a minute when the tach dropped suddenly, and the car stalled. The "Service Engine Soon" light came on. I restarted the car on the first try, and everything's ok from then on. The engine light went off also.
Any suggestions on what it could have been? Is it a telling sign for more to come?

Thanks,

Extreme cold weather does weird things to vehicles. I would not worry about it.
