I replaced mine with headers and dual pipes, but I tossed the original system in the shed so I had them on hand to check for you.
I can't say how close to stock these figures are. The system I took off my '48 (had a 52/53 EAB motor) consisted of several sizes very professionally welded. Right dump is 1 1/2" ID, Left dump looks like 1 5/8" ID. Exhaust pipe from the collector to muffler is 1 7/8" ID and tail pipe is 1 5/8" ID.
