Bad Brake Booster?

Bad Brake Booster?
Ok, I know this sounds crazy, but is it possible to have too much vacuum going to the brake booster? Do I have a bad brake booster? If I barely touch the brake pedal in my '96 F-150, the pedal goes down by itselfs and applies the brakes just as if there was a ghost in my truck applying the brakes! The pedal stays down until I lift it up with my foot. Any ideas from anyone?

I also have the same problem but intermittently. Did you fix it?
