Internal control module.
Hey guys looking for some help. I am working ona 2000 f-350 and it throws a code 0603. which according to my scanner, is an internal control module failure, KAM error. The truck genrally runs fine except for surging when its cold. any help would be great. thanks

I'm assuming you are using a tuner. If so, the 0603 is an error that accompanies using tuners, and is perfectly normal.

hey pocket thanks for the reply, it only does it when cold. the scanner I am using is the snap-on modis.it builds good injection control pressure during starting. so i am assuming that the injecter o-rings are o.k. I don't understand what the internal control module is or what it does. Or if I even need to worry about. any help would be great. thanks
