Cold start problems...Help

the cord is coiled up and tucked in behind the front bumper..most of the time its behind the driver side tow hook..mine was hanging beside the rad when i got it..if you still have a hard time finding it you can trace it from next to the oil filter..its an orange cord.happy hunting..

Yes it's surprisingly difficult to find the first time you use it. When I first got my truck I wanted to test out the block heater before I went to Tahoe in case I felt the need to plug it in. Must've taken me 5 minutes to find it.
