My dome light works, but both of my courtesy lights don't work? Can you guys please tell me what the bulb number is for those lights? It's the lights that are in the interior dome light.
I am assuming you mean the map lights? If new bulbs don't fix it, check the wiring down near the floor on the driver's side behind the seat, and also where it goes under the door sill plate. It leads a rough life there and the wires can corrode. These are what feed all the lights in the top rear of the cab.
Franklin is there a fuse just for the maplights, for some reason there isn't any power to those map lights? I had a car alarm put in about a year ago and I am wondering for some dumb reason they disconnected them....
So the it has something to do with the domelight housing itself then, if the map lights don't work, because my dome lights work just fine then....? What you think? Have you ever seen that, where the map lights won't work anymore, but the domelight is fine?
If you take the dome light apart, and have power on the lightgreen/yellow wire in the housing, then yes I would suspect a problem possibly with the switches in the housing.
