Head gasket?

I had a cloud of water vapor when the Saturn's head blew; my son-in-law saw coolant running down the side of his block; I found frothing oil in the 351C; and found gunk in the radiator on the 292. I guess it could be any one of a number of indications.

There are a number of "could be" signs which you may or may not get. Foamy or milky/lighter color oil, water in oil, loss of coolant from overflow, bubbling coolant, sweet smell/whiter exhaust, rough running, overheating, missing, oily gunk on radiator cap. Best test to be sure from what I know is exhaust gas analysis, quick and not expensive.
